GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
- I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Payment is done through PayPal, using USD($) as the currency after invoice.
- The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.
- Remember to credit and link back to me.
- I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics, and merchandise etc.)
- I reserve the right to live stream and record the creation of the artwork unless we agree differently.
- You are solely responsible for securing the proper rights to the characters you want the commission to feature. Characters from pop culture and media are accepted.
- A design fee applies to those who have no reference images of the subject and would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs.
The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
DEADLINES
- Deadlines MUST be agreed upon beforehand.
- Depending on the time frame, deadlines may require a rush fee.
REFUNDS
- Commissions are not refundable.
Exceptional conditions for refunds are:
- If I have not started working on your commission within 2 weeks of when payment was received.
